The lyrics in the song are funny but at the same time Imran’s telling it how it is. This song again has been around for a while. Next is 40 PRA, the track starts off with a woman saying something in Arabic (please do email Desi-Box if you can tell us what she says). I don’t really need to say much about this track its HUGE its been playing at all clubs, Party’s, Gigs and Weddings all over the world, even after hearing this song constantly for the last two years you can never get sick of it its that kind of track that comes round once in a while and just blows everyone away. Yes you guessed it it’s the smash hit NI NACHLEH, it’s the version that features MC Spyder back in 2007 I actually preferred this version than the original with lucky.
Next we have the song that saw Imran Khan break into the bhangra industry. Again the lyrics are unique and bring a smile to your face because many of you will know a ‘Bounce Billo’ out there, another track to blast from your speakers Eren really comes out on this track and shows his skills as a producer, he’s definitely here to make a name for himself. Song 9 is BOUNCE BILLO, this sees Imran sing in English as well as Punjabi. Probz is used on the track he keeps it short but sweet and does the track justice. Even after two years this song will have you singing along to it, the beat is just amazing the guitar gives it that warm feeling and Imran does what he knows best and delivers his smooth vocals. When this was released honestly I can’t remember anyone saying they didn’t like this, everyone instantly took a liking to it. Again Imran shows his versatility on a slow meaningful track. Track 8 is GORA GORA RANG, this tune was a bonus track on the Ni Nachle single CD. This is again a catchy tune but unfortunately lacks that kick to propel it to another level, decent tune but could have been much better. Imran being the ladies man that he is, he’s again singing to the girl telling her how she’s his superstar. The lyrics are again written smartly and in a way which we can all relate to. Imran is singing to a girl telling her how she’s got him head over heels for her without her knowing. Another bubbly lively feel to this track. You feel this is Imrans signature style and I for one think he pulls it off no like other…another top tune. The track carries an electro vibe and when played at clubs and weddings it’ll have everyone on the dance floor doing their thing. When I first heard this track quite a while back I instantly became hooked to it. Track 5 is also one that a lot of people will have heard as the promo has been around for some time and Imran has often sang this song at Gigs and Mele’s…its CHAK GLASS. But its not a bad thing the last time I heard something like this was probably from Mukhtar Sahota and its going down well I must say its something refreshing not your typical dhol and tumbi infested beat, the vocals are clean and crisp its got a live rock feel to it and Imran is again surprising his fans just like he did when he burst on to the scene with Ni Nachle. The next track is PEHLI WAAR, as soon as I played this I was shocked with the rock beat I really wasn’t expecting that. The fast paced beats and lyrics makes it another for the dance floor, Imran also has a cheeky dig at Eren telling the ‘girl’ in the song to leave the Turkish guys and come to him, that’s what I love about Imran's lyrics they’re humorous as well as being true and serious. The next song is titled HEY GIRL, as soon as you listen to this you just want to get up and dance, it’s got that uplifting feel to it. The beat once again is perfect for this sort of track, both Imran and Eren have done a great job on this track portraying their array of talent. The people that have been in love will appreciate more the deep, soulful and meaningful lyrics. This is quite from the fast and frantic start we had from Amplifier, this is a slow mellow love track. The beat goes hand in hand with this song, a nice up tempo beat perfect to nod your head to.
Its catchy and crazy lyrics will have you hooked instantly and you’ll find yourself smiling along with the chorus. This is one for all the ‘badboys’ out there and you can guarantee this summer your going to see and hear this track blaring out of young Asians subwoofers.
